Paddington bear arrives … I had a lovely surprise when I met Simon today in the Hive coffee shop. He had bought me a mischievous looking Paddington bear. Just brilliant. I loved him.
I told Simon that I would be taking him to Peru with me and that he would probably feature in more photos than me. I did say that if Paddington was a really good little bear, then I would buy him a marmalade sandwich or two.
Joking apart, I was really chuffed to get this bear and I will be taking him with me. We had begun to go through the Facebook link to the Peru page when we were joined by Colin, our friend from Uni, and I had a great morning sharing ideas in brilliant company.
I decided that I would take some photos of Paddington out our on training walks, packing my rucksack and sat on my equipment. This is mainly for test photos for the blog gallery and to see how they would transfer, and whether I would need to resize the images for the website.
This date is sure coming around fast …
